1. Controller

The data controller for the processing described below is the operator of the sports facility ("Club") you are registering with via this form. HanseCheck provides the technical platform on behalf of the Club.

2. Data We Collect

When you submit the registration form, we collect and process:

• Full name — to identify you as a player
• Playtomic email address — to match your bookings
• Hansefit member ID — to verify your Hansefit membership and track check-ins

3. Purpose of Processing

Your data is processed to:

• Link your Hansefit membership with your Playtomic bookings
• Automatically verify whether you have checked in via Hansefit for your bookings
• Send you reminders if a check-in was missed

4. Legal Basis

The processing is based on your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by checking the consent box and submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting your Club.

5. Data Sharing

Your data is shared with:

• Hansefit — your member ID is sent to the Hansefit API to verify your membership and check-in status
• The Club(s) you register with — they can see your registration and check-in data

No data is sold to third parties or used for advertising purposes.

6. Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. It is retained for as long as your registration is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting your Club.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Rectify inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

To exercise these rights, contact the Club you registered with.

8. Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of all your personal data at any time. To do so:

• Contact the Club you registered with directly, or
• Send an email to the HanseCheck platform operator (see Impressum) with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your name and email address.

We will process your request within 30 days as required by the GDPR.
